Before establishing myself as a Commercial Writer, Content Strategist and Performance Marketer in the advertising industry, I was an experienced Audio Engineer (Live & Post-Production) who had worked for multiple prominent events (Local & Overseas) and productions for a total of 7 years.

Who I Am
Living and working in Singapore, I have the best opportunities running up against many industry professionals in multifarious fields. To countless valuable and fortuitous opportunities, I was fortunate to be taught by well-founded leaders from companies such as The Production People (TPP Pte Ltd), Razes AVL Pte Ltd, Variety Communication Pte Ltd, FirstCom Solutions Pte Ltd, Fitlion Pte Ltd, Shens Cosmetic Surgery Pte Ltd, Alegria Enterprises Pte Ltd, Shens Medical Aesthetics and Shens Therapeutics.

In recent years, I had established myself as a seasoned content strategist and commercial writer while working with FirstCom Solutions (Web Development & Advertising Agency). The company had allowed me to work with a plethora of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), as well as renowned brands such as Takashimaya Singapore, Tsingtao Singapore, Bukit Batok Driving Centre, So Pho and Lemongrass House Singapore.

However, in the world today, specializing in just one profound skill set is not enough for the modern-day challenges in the professional field. Intern (AV Technician) at
TPP Pte Ltd
As a young intern in an audio and visual rental company (TPP Pte Ltd), I was given a chance to work alongside with the seasoned professionals in the industry. Tasked to provide technical support for private events, conferences, webcast, large scale outdoor and indoor events.

With more profound knowledge and experience in audio engineering for live events, I was able to pick up new skill sets such as programming for lights and video mixing.
2010 - 2013

​After the six months internship at TPP Pte Ltd, I managed to transit from an intern to part-time audio and visual technician. Given greater responsibilities, as well as opportunities to work with multiple clients in the event industry had helped me to sharpen my skillsets for event management.
I am grateful for all the opportunities which the company had given me — allowing me to sharpen my skill sets to prepare myself for my future career.

Furthermore, I had also taken on the role of a Content Producer (Promotional Videos, Interviews, and Ad Copies).

Unlike the other fresh graduates who took on a single position in a company, I've chosen to take a different path of working for two different companies. Thus, both companies were managed by the same director.
Moreover, taking on the role as a creative for the company, as well as a marketing executive (marketing collateral and social media marketing), and handling live production for events.

Digital Marketing Executive at FirstCom Solutions Pte Ltd
I've joined FirstCom Solutions in the early June of 2018 as a Digital Marketing Executive. Working in the web development and advertising agency, I've been tasked to manage multiple accounts and clients from different industry backgrounds. Thus, strategize, propose, and executing a series of monthly social media marketing campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive inbound leads and reach.
Besides the above, I was also tasked to strategize, perform Google Analytics reviews and generate monthly performance reports for accounts which had signed up for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) packages with the company.

Content Strategist at FirstCom Solutions Pte Ltd
Having a flair in content writing, I took on the duo role of a content strategist, as well as a digital marketing executive for the first half of the year of 2018. As a content strategist, my role was to create engaging articles for both social media marketing accounts and unique content for websites. The content writings range from social media articles, search engine optimized articles, technical writings, ghost writings, web copies, and ad copies.

As the sole content strategist and lead copywriter in FirstCom Solutions, I was tasked to spearhead the content writing department during my term with the company. After receiving the news of an overseas office set up in Manila, I was also tasked to train and manage a team of overseas content writers. Hence, further optimizing daily work delivery and quality.

At Fitlion Pte Ltd (HQ Singapore), my job scope mainly revolves around as an In-House Copywriter, as well as a Content Producer for both video and written content. My responsibilities for content strategising and digital marketing also expand regionally, which covers Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Moreover, as part of the digital marketing team for the e-commerce platform, I was also tasked to create, monitor promotional and paid advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram), as well as Google Search Ads and Marketing (SEO & SEM).
